Ready for dispatch in 4-6 days. I've been waiting for the ordered goods since 17.04.2017. You can't work like that. For me, the rating would be even worse than one star. Only with a lot of - - - - - signs. Very bad

An order dispatched on April 14th and due to arrive between the 24th and the 28th and still not in my possession on May 2nd, despite a 5.99€ delivery charge, does not encourage me to buy from you again, when I see that a competitor delivers to Belgium the next day, and this without any delivery charge !!!!! I placed an order on 0104, which was accepted on 0304, with a delivery date between 1204 and 1704 (more than 10 days, which is already a long time). When I saw nothing coming on 1904, I contacted the after-sales service and apparently there were 2 products that were not available. The available products were sent to me on 2704, i.e. 24 days after the order. This is unacceptable. Since 1904 there has been another order of other products of which I still have no news and now it's going to be almost a month. I might as well tell you that I'm very unhappy. I specialize in 2nd World War aircraft. I've placed quite a few orders on this site, if memory serves, but this will be the last. There are other model sites on the net. Here I am

The experience has been NEGATIVE. They lost the package and I had to claim it several times. No one answered my email. When they finally answer and tell me that they will send it to me again, they send you a lot of automatic emails that are useless. Total: Almost a month to receive it. Now comes the worst: the quality is horrible, the photo of the outside looks absolutely nothing like the content (tiny gray pieces without any color) ... thank goodness it did not reach 15 euros (not even the crappiest Chinese has that quality) ... I will not buy anything from them again.

Over a month ago I found on the ""1001 models"" site some products at really competitive prices. When I tried to purchase them, the system informed me that these products I requested would be available in about a month, and so I was willing to wait patiently. At my request to be notified when the items were available a few days ago I received an e-mail from the company informing me that the items were back in stock and so I set out to purchase them as described on the website. On 2142017 I made my choices by placing the products in the shopping cart I made the payment and after a few hours I received an e-mail titled [1001 MODELS] Order Confirmation Fri 214 20:23 with which I received the thank you for ordering from them with the details of the order the order number the amount paid with even the payment method and the description of the products purchased. Monday 244 at 09:16 further e-mail informing me: your order code xxxxxx has been prepared! the same day at 11:09 again an e-mail with the tenor: """Dear Customer The items you ordered are unfortunately out of stock and we do not know when it will be available again. Would you prefer to choose products of equivalent value receive a voucher or get a refund? Thank you for your kind understanding Customer Service 1001 models.co.uk 1001 MODELS poweredby Presta ShopTM"". What can I say I protested that I had made a valid purchase and in the manner indicated so much so that an invoice was also issued in my name and moreover on the site the products I requested were making a good impression but with an exorbitant price compared to that previously charged therefore the products were there and were not sent to me deliberately. after that on April 25 I received a last email whose text is this: "" Hello Massimo the availability of the items has not yet been updated. I confirm that those items are not available. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will refund your order as soon as possible. Sincerely. I surrendered in the face of the arrogance of those who hide behind a site and did not have the courage to admit their mistake and that is that the products were advertised at a very advantageous price perhaps by mistake or for a specific purpose (I do not want to investigate) but then contrary to the laws of the market preferred to say that there was no more availability instead of making a disadvantageous supply. that's it: you decide of the reliability of this company.
