Delivery The delivery time for just a few model paints was terrible. I could have built the whole model in the time I have waited for the correct paints and after three weeks one still has to be delivered. I am sure I'm not the only one who has waited more than three weeks for delivery which is not acceptable in today's market.
Last 12122016 day I placed an order that was charged to my account on 14122016 not receiving the product and not having information on the status of the order I made several calls in which I got an answering machine indicating to send an email which I did after three emails sent to which no one has responded the days 06012017 13012017 and 24012017 I find that to date 01022017 no one has contacted me to tell me the status of the order or responded to my request for a refund of the amount paid. It is clear that I will not buy from them again and that I will recommend that no one should buy from them.
Package conforms to order even if delivery was delayed
Parcel after a month with 4 missing products yet cashed! the credit does not even cover these 4 products that we paid and we need to recommend no news of my emails for 3 weeks incompetent and unacceptable
The parcel arrived on time and was well packaged One small complaint: the shipping policy is not clear, in any case I did not fully understand it.
Goods received from France after approx. 1 week. Unfortunately, it was not clear anywhere that it came from abroad. In addition, there was also a wrong article that was even cheaper than the one I ordered. I received no reply to 3 emails, but the other items I ordered were OK.

I haven't received my order # 95808, bought on 1/14/2017 Ordered through PayPals on 1/14/2017. 1001 stated that it was shipped on 1/20/2017. I haven't as yet received my order. When contacting them on the 617.849.9224 phone number, the message after ringing about 10 times, is not in English, so this number is useless to me. The price of the order was $15 plus change. When I ordered this through their website, the price changed in front of me to $23 plus change. Very sneaky. I will NOT use this company again! When issuing a grievance through PayPal, 1001 states it has been shipped.
