My order was for a model of the Glorieux boat, which arrived safely. It said that the glue and paints were not supplied, so I bought everything I needed for the model. Overall, the service is good (shipping, delivery time, packaging, contact). However, I didn't give it top marks because I found the customer service answers imprecise. I had asked about the number of copies available of a product for a group order. Shortly after placing my order, the product was still available (perhaps a quick restocking...). I could have grouped my order instead of making 2. In conclusion, the customer service response is sometimes rushed, but it's still a good site with good service.
