Awful customer service/company. Awful customer service. Purchased item only to be told a week later they didn't have it. Said they would get me a date for arrival and never did. Waited almost a month only to get a refund. (Had it not been for someone else as a gift I wouldn't be so mad) I will never do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waste of time and money! Update- this is to the reply of the company. That's an absolute lie. Please do not use this company, they are truly a waste of time!

We tried our best to resupply the item in a reasonable delay but, as it could not be done, we refunded your full order yesterday, 10 days after you made the order, not a month as you claim.
