Nothing to complain about everything perfect

A Wee Bit Disappointed I did receive my item when expectedbut was disappointed that my rather expensive items arrived bent with only a bubble mailer to ""protect"" them. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.

If I hadn't paid via PayPal, I would probably still be waiting for my shipment. Order dated 06.12.2016. No response to my emails either. Only after contacting PayPal did I receive a response. The shipment (letter) was delivered on 22.12.2016.

I had a few problems with delivery, but customer service was very responsive and sympathetic in finding a solution. I was supposed to receive one model for Christmas and the other when I got it, which was what they suggested so that I wouldn't end up with nothing under the tree, but in the end everything was received, much to my delight. This site is a SCAM Since my payment on 1512 ... no more news despite numerous reminders via phone emails and messages on the site .... We are faced with nothing. ... Delivery announced in point mondial relay the 2112 .... and today after the threat of complaint to the DGCCRF I receive an email which informs me that my order is in preparation therefore not available for Christmas ?!? It's my son who's going to be happy. I don't recommend buying from this site...the team is incapable and they're liars. For a first order I am served A very satisfied customer.

I have never had such a bad company. Delivery took 10 days. Returns just as long. And I've been waiting 5 weeks for my money. Last week I was in the live chat with an employee and went through all the data again and NOTHING happens. When I send a message NOTHING happens. Never again with 1001 Modellbau. Simply catastrophic.

I received all the items I had ordered but did not receive any reply or information after sending an e-mail. So I received the goods after about 14 days of anxiety. The selection of products is great but the information and delivery time cannot be estimated. I am therefore somewhat dissatisfied with the service for further orders. Hello the models arrived here about 2 weeks later was ok. The models were simply packed fortunately not damaged (better would perhaps be folded with old newspaper u. padded thus more cushioned against throwing in the shipping box). It was ok so far. P.S. I miss more Monogram models 132 e.g. Pz.Wirbelwind Pz.Grant Jagd-Pz. 4 Sdkfz 232 Pz.-Spähwagen.
