Excellent Company I received my purchase in very quick time, especially considering the fact, that it was sent from the United States to the United Kingdom. Poor I had to chase to find where my purchase was. If you do use them, only use paypal or some other system which allows you to chase them effectively or get your money back. They use Hermes as one of their carriers, difficult to judge where your parcel is as they don't update their system correctly.

No paint refs with models when ordering. That would be a plus!

Very happy with my purchases made on 1001 maquettes delivery time respected and product complies with what I ordered I just regret the price of delivery because not offered to arrive at home but only in point withdrawal from a sum too large! I'd rather have free home delivery than a free figurine!

Having not received my order in full 8 days after my complaint, I still have no reply except for confirmation of receipt of my order.

Reliability, efficiency and service

I received a delivery and the packaging, which was not damaged, contained only air. There is also no contact person at the company, you always have to address the company as 1001 modellbau. You have to pay in advance and then you only get air, the EU has come a long way in Europe, something that didn't exist 30 years ago. I can do without such a Europe. I paid over 30 EURO for air from France. Now I have received the same model in Germany with postage for 1495 euros. I will never order anything from abroad again.
