My son received a model as a gift. We searched several sites for paints for this model and the best site on which we found all the references and quickly are on *1001 maquettes*. Delivery was fast and the quality of the products is very high.

Order and payment on 0309 delivery on 3009... Missing a reference which is not indicated in the delivery note but no explanation and no response from customer service despite numerous reminders. I no longer order from this site

Satisfactory choice of products. I had left a comment (about paint colors) in a dedicated area to clarify my order which was not taken into account. It was indicated that the product was available for delivery in 2 to 4 days, but in the end it was delivered in 10 days!

After almost a month and a half I am still waiting for my order. I would not worry if there was communication but after several failed attempts to contact them by email to know their status I decided to open a dispute with Paypal because it seemed to me that they were teasing me. Needless to say they have not even responded to the dispute but luckily Paypal is responsive and I am confident that I will at least receive my money back.

My order was processed in good time and quite quickly as I paid by cheque. Very satisfied. I would have liked the painting to have been wrapped in bubble wrap. But there's no risk of breakage.

The delivery was very fast and well packaged. As the item is not available in Germany, I was pleased to finally find it at 1001 modellbau.

1001 were very efficency and kept us up to date with our order. 1001 acted promptly to let us know our order was out of stock and offered an alternative and refunded our money when we didn't want a replacement but l will definitely use them again .

Order of acrylic paints, some available in 2 to 5 days. Ordered on 2809 and received complete on 0810. No problems with the transaction and no problems with delivery and order.

Lack of communication regarding deliveries (more than a month to receive the order) explanation of why difficult to know while the competition delivers in 48 h. too bad because the choice of products is interesting and consistent with the order. Respect your deadlines!!!!! Sincerely J

What A RIP OFF I paid £26.00 for what I thought was a Supermarine Spitfire T9 two seat trainer with decals model kit, but turns out I paid £26.00 for badly detailed and moulded bits of plastic. I now have to purchase a Supermarine Spitfire MK 9 model kit to obtain the model I thought I was purchasing. They need to make it very clear on the website that you will be paying of OVERPRICED bits of plastic.

Of the two orders I have placed on this site have been delayed at least one week longer than I had chosen with the shipping costs.
