So first experience with 1001modellini and it starts immediately bad let's get to the point I place an order of about 100 euro after a few days of waiting 2 models are not available so they make me a voucherx the next order and so far everything in the rules when the package arrives however a model is missing (present in the bubble) in its place rcr car accessories that I did not order and I do not do anything about it. I send email to point out the error no response after 4-5 days I send another one no response. I honestly do not understand how they work so badly and what makes me angry is that I paid more than 100 euros in advance and I am missing material x at least 40!!! this is not a disservice but an almost scam.
I have not received the package and no one from customer service has responded to me.
Very good, serious site and never any problems with delivery times or the condition of the order when it arrives.
The only problem is that discounts are always hard to claim....

Nice Decals I did not know that my order was coming from France, being here in the US and ordering something overseas its a scary undertaking. BUT 1001 delivered, not only did my order come through, but also that everything was there and well. I could chat with them to see if my order was delayed and they always were willing to help me with answers and were very friendly. Thanks again 1001 team.

A batch of enamel paints was not delivered on time and was therefore no longer usable and was returned to the French address listed on the website. However, no refund was made as a result. Emails were not answered. The ""hotline"" with Berlin number given on the German website consists of a French answering machine. The dealer based in France played dead. There would have been two ways to take legal action, but both would have been complicated and uneconomical. The dealer seemed to be counting on this. Research then revealed the possibility of referring the case to the ""Center for European Consumer Protection"". The time-consuming formalities involved were successful: four months after returning the goods, I received an email from the retailer: 7 juin 12:03 CEST Hello Thank you we will issue the refund as soon as possible. Best regards Guillaume Mortier (1001maquettes) The money has indeed been credited.

Four days ago I received a an email telling me it has been shipped and that it would be delivered shortly. (????) I would be receiving another email with a tracking #......nothing yet. This process has been far too long, especially at a the $19.95 shipping cost. Cannot give any +++ whatsoever concerning this transaction.

Merchandice was ordered and charged to my MC account 22 days ago and there has been no follow up It is stuck in Paris France with no movement I will never order from this company again. I've dealt with many online companies, but never have had to wait this long for my order. I'm not even sure I'll ever get this order and plan to send a letter to Capital One stating that I never received the merchandise ordered and want my money credited to my MC account. I'm afraid I have been ripped off for the first time ordering online.
Where are my decals? It's hard to rate something that hasn't arrived yet. I wish I could find a tracking number.
Horrible Horrible service Purchased a photo etch for F6f2 Hellcat on June 29. No where on the 1001 Model Kit web site was there a clear statement that products would be shipped from France!!. On July 6 received an e mail that product had been shipped and I would receive a postal tracking number as soon as available. Never received the tracking number. I telephoned customer service and got a recorded message in French! Sent another e-mail and got response ""will answer as soon as possible."" It is now July 14, and product not received. I live on the US east coast in New jersey so product should have arrived after eight (8) days intransit, unless mailed by boat. Sent another e-mail with the same standard response ""will answer as soon as possible."" I am in the process of notifying Visa that I will not pay the charges to my account because of non delivery. I never had such a terrible experience with model hobby vendors. You are unable to speak with anyone, and recorded telephone messages are in French. I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING PURCHASING FROM THIS VENDOR TO REMEMBER THAT THE WAREHOUSE SHIPPING POINT IS IN FRANCE AND THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATIONS FROM THIS VENDOR AS TO THE STATUS OF AN ORDER other than it was shipped. Personally I do not believe this vendor had the product in stock, and never actually shipped this product. If you live in Canada or the USA beware doing business with this vendor. I am resigned to the fact that my money will not be refunded and is lost. WRP Finally on July 18 received merchandise. It had been mailed from France on July 12 and not July 6 as claimed in the vendor's e-mail. The product was ordered on June 29. Had the vendor been honest as to the date of shipment, and answered my e-mail queries, all this time wasting mess could have been avoided. This organization is a mess, never again will I place an order. They are unable to communicate effectively with the customer.
