Order provided for 3 trucks Order provided for 3 trucks, one was defective and returned it per their policy. Have the receipt for returning it on time via their preferred return shipping agent. However, no update since the past several emails and weeks have just gone by. Am losing trust fasr

I have been waiting 14 days for my order ref. 111147 and they said the delivery time was between 4 and 6 days. Nobody informs me of anything and I have sent 6 mails constantly complaining. They have a horrible customer service. I have called several times to the phone number provided on the website and no one answers. It is the first and last time I buy here. If tomorrow I have not received the product or any information about it, I am going to denounce them.
