Serious company with a very wide range of products
I recommend buying from eu. The products offered come from other sellers who have a real after-sales service. I bought a Radio commander tank for a birthday. I had it delivered to a relay point because I didn't want the recipient to receive the package. It arrived on time. I went to pick it up around 2:15 p.m. Back home around 3:15 p.m., I opened the package to see what I'd bought because it was my first time ordering from 1001 Maquettes. The product corresponded to the description. however, in the box i found 2 pieces: one 3 cm long and a caterpillar tooth. following this discovery, i decided to test the product so as not to be surprised when i gave the gift. The vehicle rolls at an angle towards the right. the screw that closes the battery door on the remote control is also missing. i contact after-sales service, where i'm asked about the condition of the packaging and whether i can take photos of the pieces. I call the after-sales service again because I haven't heard from them, and they tell me that their supplier doesn't want to pay for repairs and that the tank has rolled and been damaged by a stone (I tested the product on my 2nd-floor balcony). I'd like to point out that I don't want to pay for the repairs either, as the product is brand new and I received it just like that. The person tells me that he's contacting his supplier again and that he'll keep me informed. When I don't get a reply from him, I send him an e-mail with the law concerning mail-order sales. Within 10 minutes, I get a reply from him saying that he was in the process of replying. He asked me to return the product to their supplier for an exchange. On Monday I went to the post office and returned the parcel. On Thursday, having heard nothing, I contacted 1001 maquettes again, who told me that the product had been repaired and would be returned. I asked them to replace the product and was told that it was out of stock. I also told them not to let the package arrive at my house. The person on the other end of the line told me that he'd contact his supplier for a replacement lead time. On Friday, having heard nothing again, I called back and the person in charge of the file could not be reached, even though I had called him at a time agreed with him. I hung up and shortly afterwards I received an e-mail telling me that the parcel had been returned by the supplier. I called again to find out where the parcel was to be delivered. The person I spoke to told me that they were calling their supplier and that they would send me an e-mail to keep me informed. I asked for the contact details of the person in charge. I never received this e-mail and the package arrived at my home, received by the recipient of the gift who, on behalf of the sender, immediately understood what it was. The product came back to repair mmande is still missing. I sent an email to make a request. I asked for the person in charge and was told: he'll call you back, but I'm still waiting for his call. For me, a customer of a classic model store for 10 years, this will be the only time I'll call them. I ordered from them because my shopkeeper was on holiday. 1001 maquettes doesn't deserve a star. PS I'm still waiting for the screw and the reimbursement of expenses.
I had the opportunity to place two orders on the site with great difficulty. Both times my children gave me a gift card for my birthday and for Christmas. Each time I had to enter the coupon number, I got an error message saying that the coupon was invalid or something! So to be able to validate my order I had to contact "" 1001 MAQUETTES""? This is where another big problem arises for me. The service is unreachable by phone when you send an email: no answer!!!. After 15 days of calls, we manage to get someone on the phone or in chat! Miraculously, we managed to integrate the coupon that had supposedly been deactivated, and finally we were able to validate the order... Personally, I'd never order from this site again, because the customer service is deplorable and the delivery times are not respected.
This is my first model. The delivery time is very long. And I'd rather do it twice than once. You have to order the paints after you've received the model.

Good value for money very satisfied
As much as the paint pot orders are satisfactory, the Colissimo delivery service is average. An order placed on January 26 was shipped on January 27, according to the site, and after a reminder from customer service on January 31, delivery took place on February 3, which is a bit long. However, customer service had provided me with a direct tracking link, which proved useful and accurate. So I've modified my opinion accordingly, as the site is rich in terms of the products on offer. I recommend
Some information on labels may not be accurate. Apart from that, good products, delivery times respected. Just an oversight on the part of the parcel relay center, which did not warn of the arrival of the parcel.
The product corresponds to my order but waiting more than 10 working days when the product is marked as available is far too long.....

No explanation of how to use the decals
The model supplied has no instructions in French, only in English and Japanese. For a 12-year-old, this is not at all practical!!! even with the assembly sketches. A phone call to 1001 maquettes confirmed the absence of French instructions and the impossibility of obtaining them. I don't recommend this site and I personally wouldn't repeat the experience of a new one.

Here's where things changed: I tried the link, and got an error, telling me my order number was not correct. After a few tried, I went to the homepage/contact us link. I sent an email with my info and order number, yet have not heard anything back as of yet. Then, the following day, I received this email asking for a rating. It would do well to ask about the customer experience after some attempt at customer service was made.

Impossible to hold silver paint (N°11) on plastic. For the other colors, acrylic paint leaves traces on the brush and dries very quickly (perhaps you need to add an additive like white spirit or alcohol?). No problems with dispatch

I bought a model as a present for my husband and surprise, when you open it and look at the cardboard, there's no paint or glue for the price you're paying. In other stores, when you buy a model, you get everything inside. Really disappointed

Delivery The delivery time for just a few model paints was terrible. I could have built the whole model in the time I have waited for the correct paints and after three weeks one still has to be delivered. I am sure I'm not the only one who has waited more than three weeks for delivery which is not acceptable in today's market.
