Pathetic You asked me to review my current purchase from your organisation. My order number 61394 was ordered on 22nd June 2015 and I received an email on 26th June 2015 to say it has been shipped. Well, it is now 4th July and it has still not arrived. I would have to say your service is diabolically bad and I will not be ordering from you again when my order does finally arrive.

For a long time I have been looking for one of the liveries of which I had the honor of flying in both EI-DND and EC-JRL. With much desire to make the Revell 1144 model but with poor results creating decals with incjet or laser paper. Cmq today I thank to 1001 models for giving me the opportunity to make the model and for the efficiency of sending it home. I recommend them to everyone for the seriousness and follow-up that they offer you at all times.

On the last order, a 10500 euro metal model plane, there were two miniature dents. You say they're insignificant because they're miniature, but on a silver 172 scale plane they're obvious. I refused your offer of a 5-euro reduction because that's not the problem, and I think you've understood that. When the metal is pressed, the mold must be perfectly clean of all impurities. Thanks po

Correct packaging but shipping a little slow. A mail departure on Wednesday for an order placed on Saturday morning is a bit long. Especially when you make the effort to pay for a ground parcel.
Delivery too long despite colissimo article ordered on june 11 and delivered to home on june 25
Not all products are available. For the same product, the price is often 2 times more expensive than on other sites. For the same delivery quality, e.g. silo parcel, the price is 25% more expensive. In short, too expensive. For an unavailable product, there is no refund but a credit note. On another site, the product was at the same price but without the credit note.
Horrible I have not received the order even in other stores in the network as hobbymdelismo are more professional because I put the same address and in this case if I arrived.

For the fact that the items were delivered from Paris to Saarbrücken, they arrived surprisingly quickly. The many emails documenting every little step of the processing were sometimes annoying. The packaging for the color tins consisted only of a large bubble envelope in which the tins had a lot of space. Fortunately, only one tin opened and the good quality of the envelope prevented a bigger mess. So there is still room for improvement.
Everything is ok just one remark, the preparation time may be a bit long. The preparation and shipping should be immedia so faster. Having said that, the important thing is to have the right product at the right port, which is always very well done at 1001 Maquet.

In the size guidelines, it says that the 32nd and 35th are equivalent. This has never been the case, as the 35th is one head shorter for the figures. Some manufacturers, seeing a resurgence of enthusiasm for the 32nd size, have simply changed the label on their figurines to 35th, selling them as 32nd rather than creating new molds. This is obviously profitable for them, but certainly a disappointment for the buyer. One less head is one less head, and that can be disappointing. I can't see any way of finding out without being able to open the box. Unless you can specify the size of a standing figure from head to toe.
False advertising, slow shipping, lack of communication on order status. I placed my order on May 23, 2015. It took them almost two weeks to let me know that one of my model kits was not in stock when on their website it showed available. It has been two weeks since then and I still have no order or any information on what the status of my order is. They have ignored numerous messages and phone calls concerning the status of my order. Bad customer service in my opinion, especially since I made a big order. This day and age taking a month to ""process"" an order is unacceptable. Taking a customer's money instantly and making them wait a month or more for their order to arrive is ""bad business"". Also the customer service telephone voice menu is in French not English and French. Not helpful to United States customers. They have a great website and seem to have a great selection of model kits. Lots of potential killed by bad customer service. Hopefully they will wake up and smell the coffee.(at least long enough to answer their phone) Another week has gone by and finally they have made contact with me.(Only because I posted a bad review in my opinion.) They claimed my order had issues in customs and that these issues had been resolved and my order would be shipped in another week. A week went by and I had heard nothing so I sent customer service an email about the status of my order. They claimed one of the items had been lost in shipment and of course it was no longer available. They did offer me another voucher for the price of the product. However a voucher is worthless if the company does not have the ability to process and ship a simple order. I have zero confidence right now that this company is competent enough to even handle another order. I want a full refund or I will take legal action against this ""scam"" of a company. Avoid this company. It is now almost July and I still have heard nothing about my order and have yet to receive any goods that I have ordered. Just a small piece of advice 1001 model kits: On a multiple item order if there is an item on someone's order that you do not have in stock (that you said you did have) send the items that you do have and don't hold THE ENTIRE order for weeks at a time. It would be faster for me to sail across the Atlantic and pick up the items from their warehouse in France! Pick up your phone! Communicate with your customers! Do not take their money unless you have rendered them a service.
Poor: only received half of my order! I emailed you guys on Sat so I thought I would hear back from you today but not yet. They shipped me a 1/72 scale Fairey Swordfish instead of a 1/48 scale B-17G Flying Fortress. I assume that you guys will make the order correct but I need to know what to do with the extra model. Responsive delivery, follow-up and communication 2020 packaging and protection 2020 good site. a little more expensive than the others. The service and responsiveness are worth it though.
