Item a no show Ordered a model back in 05/21/2015 , contactedGuillaume Mortier 06/17/2015 14:42:00 Dear customer, Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product. We should receive it next week and be able to send your order at that moment.Thank you for your understanding, them in June , got a reply from Guillaume Mortier. still waiting .Have sent 6 emails so far and they have not replied. Have called and all I get is a French recorded message. Don't give them the pleasure of taking your money ! Go somewhere else avoid these.

Slow Delivery The sale of this model kit was the slowest in a sale of a $200.00 Model kit. Delivery was good the box came in good shape and took a parts count ] to make sure that all part trees were in the model kit it was complete full] count. All in All I have to say for being the slowest delivery of a sale in my case this model kit I wanted so even thou the long wait I have to say it was wait. this is the reason I only 3 stars for slow delivery response for sale DHL was good on Delivery date one day early
NO GOODS Very bad customer service Emailed several times about an order placed on the 15/08/2015 which has not yet arrived They have taken my money and don't seem to want to pay it back as I have requested more than once Like other companies that deal in model kits they just don't keep them and don't up date their web site so mislead you into orders

1 week's delay in relation to the planned delivery dateunacceptable!!!!especially when you pay a 9 euro delivery charge

Humbrol Paint order Did not have all the colours I required ,9 out of 10 is not bad ,the 1 colour that was missing I managed to get elsewhere . Delivery was spot-on so no complaints there either .
The order arrived on time and the availability of models is very high. Excellent.

I'm surprised to find that in 2015 there are e-commerce sites that don't offer order tracking, that take 1.5 months to send their products into stock, and that turn a deaf ear when you send them an email asking for explanations. 1001maquettes: to be avoided at all costs!
Excellent choice, good price, many references ... In short, a site to recommend to all model enthusiasts. A little extra would be to include the paint references for each model in the description, so that you can color-coordinate them and order both the model and the paint you want at the same time.

On 2772015 I purchased and regularly paid goods never received.The most shameful thing is their silence limited to two emails ''We will contact our logistics'' INEFFICIENCY OR REAL SCAMMERS? Contacted constantlyileguided constantly

On 070915 I placed an order for 2 sheets of decals with the little green logo ""in stock&available within 24h"". It was put into the distribution circuit (priority mail) on 140915 (green logo !!!!) and the envelope arrived on 210915. Fortunately it was priority mail. Bravo la poste!
Delivery much too long
My order was carried out as quickly as possible, with reliability and a real concern for quality. But what sets 1001 maquettes apart is the step-by-step e-mail communication: order received, package ready, dispatch soon to be dispatched, etc. This is how you reassure and finally satisfy your customer.

Two weeks! Still no delivery of order. Ordered supplies from their site that were marked as in-stock. Order has been sitting in the ""Being Processed"" state now for over 2 weeks after I've been charged. No updates, no back ordered notifications, NOTHING. About ready to file a claim with PayPal on this one. Be wary of this company's order fulfillment time.

Very disappointed. i ordered a car model in one color for a gift. i received this model in another color. i contacted customer service by email. for a ""reacti"" (as noted on the site) 24 hours passed and no answer to my request.

Ordered on 01.09 and paid immediately. But no goods have arrived to date. You can also send the customer shipping number but this is not the case. calls are pushed away and if you write to them no reaction. Not recommendable.
