Good order processing fast delivery but problem encountered at the relay point: the address no longer appeared on the parcel and the parcel had to be opened by the relay point employee after presentation of the recipient's identity card and his good faith after having presented himself several times to retrieve the parcel.

Product ordered and never received. I was always the one who had to ask for news: the company is not responsive at all in responding to emails. Fortunately paid by PayPal and therefore refunded. I waited over a month to write this review to give the company a chance to fix the problem--not even an apology from them.... I rarely leave reviews but in this case I was taken for a ride so it seems only fair to let them know.

I highly recommend it.

Serious and fast company. Nothing to criticize

For a basic order (all the items ordered were supposed to be in stock) it took me 6 phone calls and several messages to get the situation sorted out, as the site announced that the order was being prepared but not dispatched. The reason given was that certain products were not in stock (I repeat that everything was in stock at the outset). After more than a month, the order was finally received. That's a long time! I'm not a grudge-holder, I'll place another order to see if I can get it.

I would give zero stars if possible! I ordered a model areoplane kit on the 8th of December, 2017 and it never arrived. I got an email saying it had shipped on the 17th of December and it still never came. Despite contacting 1001 Models numerous times via their website, email, Facebook and phone (answering machine, my French friend even left a message in French!) they have never responded to me. I am extremely upset as I am out of pocket and my 90 year old grandfather is missing his Christmas present. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

1001 maquettes responded very quickly to the problem and even made a commercial gesture by leaving me the product delivered by mistake and I of course received the correct product (delivery in the same day).
