Decals The decals I purchased arrived in a good secure package and was exactly as I ordered. I have not used them yet but upon examination, they appear to be of good quality. My only slight quibble is the amount of time it took to process and dispatch the order. If time is not an issue the this doesn't matter.

Knowing absolutely nothing about models, but wanting to offer one to a loved one, I was very satisfied with the service. Wide range of prices and choice. The parcel arrived very quickly and the tracking system was excellent.

a serious company, but there's not enough information on the products (figurines) (number and detailed photos of the figurines unpacked from the packaging) to avoid surprises at the reception.

I'm not here to break 1001 maquettes but I've had bad luck with my order and I'm still waiting to receive it so for a first order it's not easy normally delivered in 48h max 20 euro delivery it's been more than 1 week that I've been waiting.

Point for improvement: stock-outs on certain paints lengthen the delivery time without being able to anticipate this at the time of ordering.
