Material received in perfect condition. To put a but, somewhat slow shipping although the Christmas dates are a handicap. Even so, it arrived in time for Epiphany. Very good.

1001hobbies seems to be a Dutch web store, but my order was shipped from France, so it took 10 days (admittedly during the end of year period) for my package to arrive. Otherwise, everything was correct.

Stuff was fine on the site, everything after was not fine. I received multiple emails that my ordered product was still in my mantle and therefore still needed to be ordered. This was never the case and only caused confusion. Therefore, I wanted to call your phone number, which thus did not work. Finally, I ordered this product from you since it was said that there would be an estimated delivery time of 7 days. Now I understand that Christmas complicated some things, but still then a mention that the delivery times will be different during the holidays would be quite nice.

Order complete, delivered after several weeks but with my agreement for a grouped delivery. On the other hand, the relay point was supposed to be the Monceau post office, 100 m from my home, but I was sent back to 14 rue du Colisée, Champs Elysees district, 12 € for parking!
