The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.

As much as I had nothing to say about my first order, for my second order I received a faulty product that I reported over a week ago... and still no response from the after-sales service. WE HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING THE PACKAGE BECAUSE THE LETTER CARRIER AFTER LEAVING A SATURDAY MORNING NOTICE IN THE MAILBOX GAVE 10 DAYS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE. PURTTROPPO PERO 'IN THOSE 10 DAYS I WAS PERSONALLY ABSENT AND I ADOVUTO MAKE PROXY TO MY BROTHER WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE POST OFFICES OF PIETRASANTALU COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING ... SO HE WENT TO THE POST OFFICES OF MARINA DI PIETRASANTA AND AFTER AN ODYSSEY SIONO MANAGED TO FIND THE PACKAGE. SO THE NEGATIVE SCORE LIES IN THE SHIPMENT DEFINITELY TOO SLOW AND CLEARLY IN THE ITALIAN POST OFFICE TO BE DISCOURAGED.
