Delays in shipment. I ordered things in past and service was good. Recently I placed an order on June 11, 2061. Got an mail stating received order and of course accepted my payment. Got another email saying I should receive order by June 22. Great, but never received the order. Had to send two emails checking on status. After you received the second email it appears that's when my order was processed. Few days later I finally got the order. Not the normal service I was used to.

From order to delivery takes way too long! This is my second order with 1001 Modelkits, and again the time from the confirmation to the actual delivery is unbelievably long. My most recent order was made on June 11 and as of this review (July 6) I still DO NOT HAVE IT! It is just a mask for a canopy on a 1:48 scale plane, and yet it cannot be delivered quicker than one month. That is just way too long. My first order was so long in being shipped and delivered that I actually had to reorder the item through another distributor and got it within a few days. Finally my original order arrived, and now I don't need it any longer. Sorry, but something has to be done about processing and shipping orders much faster.

In June 2016 I purchased a set of colors I paid they sent me the invoice but to date I still have not received anything and we are at 06072016. In an email they wrote me that they had shipped to DHL courier but contacted the courier I was told that they never received the package. Unacceptable and thieving behavior.

All correct but there is room for improvement in the preparation and shipping of orders. 12 days in the preparation plus another 7 days of shipping total almost 20 days to receive an order with a weight of 16 kg.

Reasonable prices and professional follow-up

Excellent choice of models from all horizons. Also a wide range of accessories and paints. Delivery was fast and smooth.

Smooth order processing

Site with quite a lot of choice but 2 weeks late for material in stock and supposedly delivered in 7 days ...and it hasn't left their premises yet....and no return mail...Last purchase that's for sure. On the other hand, they're quick to cash in and quick to register the requested refund on their site...We'll have to see how long it takes, though.

Haven't Received my order yet. Order was sent to old address. I had thought I had changed it in time to get it sent to my present address. Am working with former landlord to try & track down where the package ended up. Not really a critisism of 1001 modelkits, as much as DSL, who could of done a better job checking who was signing for the package

Apart from the delivery time, which was not really respected, everything arrived in good condition with no problems.

Have not received good ordered on time. Having to have DHL figure out why they did not have package for pick up. Needed this on time.
