After 16 days after the order (paid) I still have not received anything (not even the tracking code of the shipment) and in the face of my request for explanation after 5 days I still have not received a response.

However, every model builder knows that it does take time to get items. My items actually came in a few days earlier than expected. That made me happy, happy, happy. They do have models that are hard to find. All this together makes it a great experience and I will be ordering from them again in the near future.
