Very reliable and quick service. I got quick responses to my questions. I received periodic reports about the order status. It was a quick dispatch and shipping process and I received the model very well packet in pristine conditions. I am very satisfied!!!!

Ordered two models and one set of decals shipping by DHL courier with surcharge of 12€ approx. Of the two models ordered only one arrives of the other only the decals the shipment instead of express courier is made by regular mail. Absent customer service they do not answer emails nor the phone they are absolutely not customer oriented.

Great service postage took a little longer than I would have expected but no complaints really.

I purchased a Nobler ARF but due to insufficient packaging it arrived with a crushed wing.

Very well-stocked site, lots of choice. Prices remain reasonable. However, I have often had problems with the delivery of orders (deadline not met or order signed""delivered"" but not arrived). I have contacted customer service for information, but they have never replied.

It takes a little longer to get stuff and shipping can be a little more (I think stuff is often shipped from Europe) but it is worth it if its the only reliable source.

For the moment, I'm storing the models I'll be making later. In my experience, assembly diagrams are not always very clear, and parts are missing from the various racks. Finally, a French manual would be a great help.

Very bad experience

It's my first photo cutting Eduard and I find it very pretty and the details are of great quality...I'm going to mount it on my F-18F Super Hornet with my brother . I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it again.
