At first I was told that the parcel was missing, but after two months they said yes, we will refund the money. I had to call in a lawyer because I was always put off. No problems with the quality of the product, the care of the packaging or the delivery. On the other hand, I found the order preparation time (it took exactly 6 calendar days from the time I placed my order to the time it was dispatched) a little long. In comparison, delivery by Colissimo (only 15 calendar days!) is extremely fast! 1001 Maquettes could do with a little improvement.

[UPDATE]: Order paid but not taken into account: I had to send an email for my order to be taken into account even though my account had been debited. Then, although the order was sent, I never received it. Despite numerous emails, no solution was found. The company offered me a 20€ gift voucher to compensate me for a 65€ order that I will never see (is this a joke?).

The website is impeccable and with a large stock but the prices are somewhat high. I placed a small test order for two pots of paint and as the shipping was expensive I included a small and cheap model. The shipment cost 850€ for a weight of 350 grams and it took 13 days to arrive. Although they should have given me a tracking code for the shipment I never received it nor did it appear in my account on their website.
