I took a while to receive my order but I finally got it. Effective customer service. I already made a purchase during Christmas 2024 that did not arrive at the pickup point, I filed a complaint and I was refunded the amount paid. This time I wanted to give the service another chance and although it took a while to receive the order, I was informed of the delay at all times and I finally received it, so I don't give 5 stars for the delay but for everything else it was very good, product in good condition and as described.
