The online store is really very well laid out you can research the products we are interested in in a focused way all very quickly. They have a choice of both color models and ""aftetmarket"" really wide! The prices are very competitive but above all the kindness of the staff and the professionalism with which they act is really top notch. Very good collection of products and good prices but if the products are in stock they should not take 1520 days to be delivered.

I ordered from 1001 Model Kits however my invoice came from 1001 Maquettes. The 7-9 day promised delivery schedule was not met the items advertised as being in-stock were not in stock. Response time for customer service inquiries was 2-3 business days this is very poor. I would not order from this company again nor would I recommend that anyone else do so. I cancelled my order which was never delivered. I did receive a full refund upon request.

As in the past, I had no problem receiving my parcel (although in my opinion the delivery time was a little too long, but when you love model making you have to be patient).

A great model site to find all the scale models you want. Well-designed drop-down menus and search box make it easy to find what you're looking for. Fast, accurate delivery. Perfect! The only drawback: the dimensions of the objects are not indicated on their description page. Even if you know that a truck is 150 scale, it's hard to imagine the dimensions.

I was particularly pleased with the selection of manufacturers from overseas and the former Eastern Bloc. The prices are okay, but when paying in advance it can sometimes be a problem if the main order number is not at the top. However, this is not a problem and the customer service is excellent. The delivery time is acceptable, only the high postage costs cannot (unfortunately) be changed. But that's no reason to deduct points.
