Garbage > 3weeks waiting for order. When i emailed about the delay, was told 1/2 of the order wasn't in stock, and he would send the instock stuff. Still waiting for that shipment 3weeks later. Poorest service of the 4 online hobby shops i use.

Some items have a higher price than normal, which seems totally unjustified.
Worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered a Tiger tank (Academy - 1:35-AC1348) on 7th of november. I got an email saying that my order was being shipped on the 9th of november. Then nothing happened for a long time. I sent them an email on the 24th of novemeber asking what was happening with my order - NO answer. Then I sent more emails - still NO answers. On the 7th of december I complained to Pay Pal, And then finally on the 12th of december I got an email saying that my order somehow got lost, and now is out of stock and that they would refund my money. Today on 16th of december I got my money back. The Tiger tank is still listed on their site - shipped within 10-12 days. A bunch of drunk monkies would do a better job than these guys. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them! I bought some decals and even with the language barrier (order processed in French) and weird invoicing the price I paid was correct. This was explained in an email they returned upon my query. It took 4.5 weeks to get the item but was well worth the wait considering it cost me 1/2 as much. I would use them again.

If there was only one word it would be ""scandalous""! Explanation: I place an order with several items. A few days later I get an e-mail about a product that's out of stock. OK, that can happen. I was told that my order was being prepared. Less than a week later the product is in stock, I recommend it, shipping costs to be paid again of course! Then it goes on, several products that were in stock on the day of my order are out of stock! Again waiting, then the products are in stock, strange these stock movements! I still recommend it! In short after more than a month I received my products but in 3 times!!!! They will have a customer in
I can almost copy and paste a recent negative review. I ordered a model on the site for a birthday. The order was placed on November 07, 2015, and the item was in stock and therefore available within 8 days. To date, December 07, 2015, nothing has happened: I've sent multiple emails and called several times, and the answer has always been that the item is in transit (I suppose it's been on a snail's back for 1 month), with no really valid explanation and a thousand excuses: there was an inventory holiday, a very nice offer to send it to me by Colissimo, but the Colissimo has never arrived ... During all this time, and even today, the article is noted as available on the site. The amount of the order was immediately debited: 203 euros I deduce that this site is not reliable since it is a review already written by other people. In the meantime, I had to order another m""rue des maquette"" In short, I'm very disappointed by this site! and yet I was accommodating and patient.
Very bad judgment. More than a month after ordering, I have not received anything. My emailed requests have never been answered. Apparently the package was returned to the sender for incomplete addresses. I, however, provided them with the accurate address.

Everything went super smoothly except for a slight delay in delivery (compared to the time initially announced) and a major problem with the delivery point (unimaginably rude and seriously incompetent person: seriously avoid it, remove it from your order).

They have not met the delivery deadlines and the worst thing is that they do not give any visibility on the status of the order. After sending 2 written messages, one through their website and another by email and after calling several times to the 2 phone numbers they have and not getting through to anyone, I have decided to cancel my order and request my money back. Very dissatisfied

I ordered a 124 scale car a Jaguar E type from Hellerthe order was placed on November 4, 2015 expected time for delivery 79 working days to date December 2, 2015 I have still not received anything. On November 30 I forwarded an email with inquiries about my order which they were careful not to respond to. This is the first time I purchased from them but I think it will also be the last. Last year I ordered a kit from a store in Hong Kong23 days later I had the box at home.........si but Hong Kong is on the other side of the earth!!!!
Better chance of seeing pigs fly than seeing your order. I placed an order on Oct. 22, 2015 for my elderly grandfather. As of November 29, 2015 I have not received my package or any response from the company into the whereabouts of the package. In fact, my order is still listed as being processed. Like many of their other customers, I think I have fallen victim to a scam where they say the item is in stock, but it actually isn't. My poor grandfather is very irritated. At this point I just want my money back so my grandfather will get off my back and I can order the product somewhere else. I have sent 3 emails, 2 where sent today. Their excellent customer service is a sham. Customer service is only available 2 hours a day in an unknown timezone if you speak French.
