After 9 working days they still have not shipped the package despite the fact that from email received from them the package was ready the day after payment. Wide range of products at good prices. Availability and care for its customers
We ordered a model on the site for our daughter's birthday. The order was placed in 2009 and the article is in stock and therefore available within 8 days. To date, 2211, nothing has been received and we have sent several emails because it is impossible to get in touch with a physical person. During all this time, and even today, the item is noted as available on the site. We finally asked for a refund, which I hope will take less than two months, because of course the amount of the order was immediately debited. I deduce from this that the commercial policy is to attract the""super promo"" and never to send the products. In short, if you want to be sure of getting your items for Christmas, AVOID or aim for December 201.

The order was placed at the end of September and the product was delivered only after 22 days but the delivery charges did not change! Impossible to get them on the phone or by internet, I received the same answer three times, simply copied and pasted. Finally the product arrived well packed, nothing to say. I have the impression that they don't have enough stock but consequently they shouldn't charge for deliveries.

I've sent emails and received no response, tried the phone number, which has an amazingly short 2 hour window to call, but then I don't speak French so it's useless. This has to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Enclosed in this email was the date of delivery being between 10-16-15 and 10-20-15. I also paid an upgraded shipping method so a tracking number would be supplied (UPS). However, no tracking number has ever been provided. My payment was processed and completed on 10-1-15 according to the order status on my account. I have patiently waited till today 10-20-15 which is the last day of promised delivery, but no delivery was made. For the last 3 days I have called the contact number which I only get a French answering service and no return call. I have emailed twice with no response, in an attempt to acquire a tracking number or some form of shipping info to conform some sort of progress is being made. I have also called the U.S. contact for returns in Centerton, AR with no success either. My order status has reflected the same message ""order being processed"" for 3 weeks now including after the promised delivery time has expired. If some sort of contact or explanation is not reciprocated, in the next day or so, I will be reporting this practice of customer neglect, and forwarding a copy of all correspondence to my attorney.
