Delivery conforms to the order.delivery time conforms to those announced at the time of the order. However, I was too disappointed with the relay point (auchan avallon) with whom we had to fight for three days to get our parcel, which we were told had not been received. I will no longer use relay point delivery.

Order placed on 04 october in theory it left on 091015. on 161015 still nothing received. That's a bit much for a supposed delivery time of 4 to 7 days! On the phone, they promise tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, but offer no compensation or solution. I think the store's policy is to charge shipping costs! which isn't right because the order follows the same channels. It's a way of making a bit more profit on the backs of customers. I don't recommend taking the free shipping option. Disappointed

I regularly buy colors of HUMBOL on the site 1001 models to date 13-10-15 I have not yet received order of 21-9 . I chose standard shipping (the least expensive one) because I had no particular urgency but so it seems a bit too much Moreover I have solicited info but I have not received any kind of response I am not convinced I will make more purchases so i becomes safer and cheaper to buy colors in store.

Awful/No Service I can only echo the experiences of many of the dissatisfied reviewers of 1001 Modelkits. I ordered an item on 12/09/15 which was, and still is, listed as ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". It is now 06/10/15 and no goods. I have emailed them twice on 19/09/15 and 02/10/15 and received no response until today I found by accident that they had left a message in my order history on 02/10/15 that ""Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product to be resupplied"". No indication of when that is likely to be and of course the item webpage still shows ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". I have requested a refund and will certainly never go near them again.

The time between an internet order and the dispatch of that order is far too long: 4 to 5 days for products available within 24 hours.

The purchase went well. Only the receipt of the order was several days late. The website contains a lot of products. I suppose that this is why it crashes too often. Otherwise the customer service is excellent. This is the first time I have bought from you. My opinion is favorable and I will be ordering again.
