No tracking code received although I paid extra for it much too long delivery time no response to messages.
Having ordered 2 assembly kits one was intact while one was missing pieces I asked for the missing pieces to be shipped but never received a response if they had answered my question or complaint I would have also given 5 stars because the site is very detailed and fast.

I don't know what happened to my cheque. I sent it the same day as my order and it arrived the day after I received an e-mail saying that you hadn't received it, 10 days after I sent it. Poor communication My order has been processing for nearly three weeks without any firm contact from 1001 Model Kits. The only e-mails I have received are three copies of OTHER buyer's requests for shipping updates and a copy of an inquiry I made before ordering - and that was never responded to - plus it now refers to a product I didn't ask about. All these e-mails seem to automated responses. All I ask for is an e-mail - preferably from a real person - letting me know that my order is in stock and it will be shipping soon . UPDATE: I finally received my order from 1001 Models - nearly two months after my order was placed and paid for. Communication was better over the last few weeks but still below expectations. I can accept delays but only if I'm informed of them. I was still getting comments in my account that had nothing to do with my order.
Order still ""processing"" after almost 4 weeks, no customer response Order placed on 12 Aug 15 for a couple of Eduard PE frets for 1/350 USS Hornet. Emailed at least three times through different avenues, reply to my order email, email through their site, and email through PayPal. No reply from any of those. Phone call to their area code 617 number, French message answer. Left message there to call me. No reply. Called the place listed to return items in Arkansas, which on Google maps appears to be a residence. Left a message on the english speaking answering machine to call me, no reply. Unless I have some response soon, next step is to file a grievance through PayPal, which could put a dent in their sales through that payment method.

Slow Delivery The sale of this model kit was the slowest in a sale of a $200.00 Model kit. Delivery was good the box came in good shape and took a parts count ] to make sure that all part trees were in the model kit it was complete full] count. All in All I have to say for being the slowest delivery of a sale in my case this model kit I wanted so even thou the long wait I have to say it was wait. this is the reason I only 3 stars for slow delivery response for sale DHL was good on Delivery date one day early
NO GOODS Very bad customer service Emailed several times about an order placed on the 15/08/2015 which has not yet arrived They have taken my money and don't seem to want to pay it back as I have requested more than once Like other companies that deal in model kits they just don't keep them and don't up date their web site so mislead you into orders

1 week's delay in relation to the planned delivery dateunacceptable!!!!especially when you pay a 9 euro delivery charge

I'm surprised to find that in 2015 there are e-commerce sites that don't offer order tracking, that take 1.5 months to send their products into stock, and that turn a deaf ear when you send them an email asking for explanations. 1001maquettes: to be avoided at all costs!
Excellent choice, good price, many references ... In short, a site to recommend to all model enthusiasts. A little extra would be to include the paint references for each model in the description, so that you can color-coordinate them and order both the model and the paint you want at the same time.

Good delivery service ok but more description of box contents would be welcome...
On 070915 I placed an order for 2 sheets of decals with the little green logo ""in stock&available within 24h"". It was put into the distribution circuit (priority mail) on 140915 (green logo !!!!) and the envelope arrived on 210915. Fortunately it was priority mail. Bravo la poste!
