Delivery much too long

My order was carried out as quickly as possible, with reliability and a real concern for quality. But what sets 1001 maquettes apart is the step-by-step e-mail communication: order received, package ready, dispatch soon to be dispatched, etc. This is how you reassure and finally satisfy your customer.

Two weeks! Still no delivery of order. Ordered supplies from their site that were marked as in-stock. Order has been sitting in the ""Being Processed"" state now for over 2 weeks after I've been charged. No updates, no back ordered notifications, NOTHING. About ready to file a claim with PayPal on this one. Be wary of this company's order fulfillment time.

Very disappointed. i ordered a car model in one color for a gift. i received this model in another color. i contacted customer service by email. for a ""reacti"" (as noted on the site) 24 hours passed and no answer to my request.

Ordered on 01.09 and paid immediately. But no goods have arrived to date. You can also send the customer shipping number but this is not the case. calls are pushed away and if you write to them no reaction. Not recommendable.

5 star price, 2 star customer service The price is really good, so I am OK with the LONG waiting period. But customer service is bad, when I told them my items are damaged, they replied my VERY slowly, although they did send me replacement parts. They don't even inform me that they are sending the replacement. Overall I am pretty happy now, because I got my replacement(still pretty slow), and the price is REALLY good!

I found wagons for the model railroad here that are no longer available anywhere else. However, it is not true that the goods are dispatched within two days. It was more like two weeks. So if you are looking for a rare model, this is the right place. However, you have to be patient.

Good overall experience, could improve the shipping time.

Delivery was good. Assembly is already underway.

Delivery was quoted on website as 5-6 days but took nearer to two weeks and needed chasing up. Opted for tracker on delivery but information provided was very limited and no explanation or warning given for delay experienced in delivery.

Fast and efficient

When you take four days, in fact, you wait for payment and then you complete the order. What's more, the letter carrier never comes up to deliver the parcel. You have to go to the post office. On the other hand, if we take the parcel to Auchan St Priest for my example, we are well received and well served. Everything is easy and clear. But you have to be valid etc. Yet I take the colissimo rate. I had asked for gift wrap. The only thing that's long is the delivery time. I picked up the package more than 1

I had been offered a €100 gift voucher to use at 1001 Maquettes. I placed an order but couldn't figure out how to use it. Fortunately, there was online chat. That's how I was able to find the solution, thanks to a friendly and efficient contact. Everything else (delivery times and products ordered) was perfect. I'll be back

I placed an order on 2082015 we are September 3 and still nothing received. Of course the bank account has been debited !!!! I've left 2 voicemails and 2 emails and no response from them. I'm thinking of sending a letter as I should. Customer service is not reactive at all.
