I ordered from 1001Modellbau because I really liked their website. The goods I ordered were also immediately available and should have arrived within 2 days. In the end it took over 1 -2 weeks. Value for money is okay. But it is much cheaper if you do without an internet presence. I don't know whether I would buy here again as the waiting time was very long.

I searched for a long time for certain house kits in 1:87 and then found what I was looking for here. Ordering was easy and I was promptly informed about the status of my order. The processing and shipping times were adhered to as stated in the order. I am very satisfied and will definitely order again!!!

The entire purchase process (internet order, payment processing and delivery) went smoothly. Goods flawless. One small remark: The period between the order process and the payment reminder was a little too short, as times in between, such as vacations, bank transactions directly in the bank building - if you live outside, you don't necessarily go to the bank every day - should be taken into account. The will to pay is there.

I placed an order 20 days ago the item was available on the website but not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Given the impossibility of contacting or receiving a response from them I opened a dispute with PayPal after several days to do so which I had to elevate to a claim since even so they did not refund me the money. I placed an order that more than a month ago appears as ""shipped"" and that has cost me a good sum of money. To date I have not received the money or the order. They do not answer to the mails and when they answer they are evasive. The last one was to tell me that there was a problem and that they will get back to me when they know something.
