A400m Grizzly A large model that I haven't completed as yet. The main problem being the undercarriage as the wheels keep breaking off their stub axles even using the smallest amount of glue. So I've had to sell them out and fit new axles of from spare plastic.. Apart from that its looking like a smashing model

Anecdote: I had lost a 10 euro promotional code. I informed 1001 maquette, who gave me a new code so that I could use it for my order.

The delivery conditions are totally unsatisfactory: 1) The invoice advertises Collisimo and the charges correspond to this service, but in reality the service used is Colieco, which takes much longer, so this is a misleading statement 2) The choice of bubble envelope is not the most appropriate for sending glass jars I am not satisfied with 1001 Maquettes, which seems to cut corners to the detriment of quality of service and respect for the environment.

Please buy a product from you or the product is not in shape something was missing mirror I paid a lot for the product now we must find a solution or I return your your product I wanted to make a gift to my son is his birthday. I want my money back. It's been a long time and it doesn't suit me. Please find a solution as soon as possible.

Took forever, item labelled incorrectly, terrible service. Pathetic doesnt touch how i would describe their customer service. I ordered what was labeled as a harrier model, on May 31st. It wasnt even packaged for shipment until June 22nd! I received my order only to realize it was just the decals. I emailed them saying the product is titled incorrectly, and they started arguing with me off the bat telling me how clearly labelled they think the product is. I used examples of what I'm looking at that made me think this was a harrier model. They emailed back shoving their self-righteousness in my face. Terrible customer service. Don't even try calling them unless you speak french. This is the worst I have been treated with any company. I just hope someone reads this before they order from here and can find what they need elsewhere.

I find the price a bit expensive for the same price I have 2 or 3 elsewhere, but there's a wide choice of models.

As far as the products are concerned, nothing to complain about. However, I had chosen express shipping (which cost me 15€ excessive more than the order itself) to have in any case a delivery after more than a week. Parts are great and easy to work with and the company is easy to deal with. They communicate a lot with email and that is a plus for them. Some companies don't bother after a sale. They even sent a survey to make sure I was happy with the items. Try this company when you need anything for your models, they are great, fast and fair priced.

They should activate a certain number of points after each purchase. They offered me 2% after the second order, 3% after the 3rd.
