The delivered article is of very good quality but the delivery time of one and a half weeks is much too long according to the text it should be 5-6 days. And 4 euros shipping costs for a letter is also too much.

The goods arrived undamaged and perfectly in accordance with the order. Only flaw was the failure to meet the guaranteed delivery time of two-three days and instead the order arrived after more than a week. Being a birthday gift we did not make it in time.

By subscribing to Colissimo plus 2 € I had to receive the package within 7 days instead of 14 days. I received it after 10 days. I recently made my first purchase here. All the back and forth (bank transfer etc. unfortunately no direct debit) made it take a while. But above all, I was delighted to find what I was looking for here in the accessories section! It may well take 2 days longer. Especially for model airplane builders, I would highly recommend this shop as the best in this genre!

1:200 scale models are too hard to find (in France) for those who want to get as close as possible to the details.

Too many items unavailable 80% of catalog.....

The glue cap was broken and cracked, so the glue was unusable.

No problem with the shipment and in a few days I had it at home.

Fairness and courtesy is the trump card of this online store. careful Italian customers don't get parcels sent with our post office: they never arrive! spend a few more and use the courier.

The shipping costs of 799 are simply unreasonable for a weight of 200g. Delivery also took too long at over 2 weeks.

Never had a bad surprise with this site. Good choice, especially for aircraft models on 148 readable site pages (although some items have no sample photos). Correct prices. In short, a serious site with which I've become accustomed.

Good communication but very slow sending my order out Ordering was fine with no issues. Being in New Zealand I expect it to take a week or two for items to arrive but Payment was accepted on the 8th and I got an email on the 21st to say my item had only just been shipped. It was only one set of decals, what was the hold up? Apart from the delay in postage though I would use them again.
