Everything perfect and in 5 days at home!

I've been a customer for a long time and I'm completely satisfied.

The colors correspond exactly to the models with the corresponding numbers, and they look great. What's more, you can get them for less.

Too bad you can't get a tracking number for economy parcels.

This site is a real landmark for enthusiasts, who can find what is no longer available in physical shops..... Shipping is fast, even if the charges seem a bit expensive. To be recommended

Order placed on Feb 10 and immediately paid by credit card on Feb 25 I am notified that the item is no longer available and that I will be refunded the amount. I ask for a credit note x make another purchase and no response is given to me.... Not first but certainly last purchase I make on this site. Previous purchases of available material have also been very slow to arrive!

Order placed on 19-02-2014 as of 26 -02-2014 I still don't know anything.Emails of explanations sent with no response of course.The order still appears to be in processing and no tracking number has been provided to me. At least they would deign to tell me whether my package has left or not. First and last time I buy here!!!!!!!

The model itself was not great, the mould was probably too hot and burned some parts.

Failed to deliver, refund eventually received. I ordered a decal set 31st January. 11 days later received an email to say item not yet dispatched but that it would be posted within the next few days. This was not acceptable to me so I email back requesting the order be cancelled and my money refunded. 4 Days later I receive an email to say my item had now been mailed. I again replied to say my order had been cancelled. On 23rd Feb I had neither received my refund or the product that had allegedly posted to me so I opened a dispute via Paypal. A refund was then received the following day. Very poor communication throughout - not a happy buying experience.

Quite happy for all purchases except the first time when the figurines were indicated as being in stock when they were not and I had to order other different ones and not necessarily what I was interested in. Stocks run out very quickly and some items take a long time to be restocked. I trust the site to

Don't expect ultra-short delivery times, but there's a good chance you'll find what you're looking for - the choice is huge, and if you have a problem, the after-sales service is there (I've tested it). If you're interested in browsing through the catalog, allow yourself a week's vacation. I recommend it and I'll certainly be back.

Problem with packaging You must to pay attencion to prepare shipment. My decals weren't respectively protected. Shipment arrived to me damged. If you send delicate merchandise, please take it in safe packaging (for example cardboard)

Choice + service to recommend to model and accessory enthusiasts

I benefited from free delivery. Fortunately, the products on offer are among the most expensive on the market.

When I placed my first order, all the models were in stock, but when they were delivered much later, one model was missing, which led me to place another order and incur additional costs, all due to poor stock management.

My case is simple, I order two models and I only get one of them. I tried to contact them explaining the problem and I have not had any response .... and it has been 10 days. Given this lack of response, I do not recommend anyone to buy any item through this website.

I'm not happy with 1001 maquettes. I placed my order on January 31st and it hasn't been delivered, even though my account has been debited...

Good model kits at good prices! My purchased model kits arrived in excellent condition. The prices were, I felt, competitive. I wouldn't call the delivery speedy. But that's because of the distance they have to travel (from Europe). Then, too, the weather at this season slows delivery somewhat. If you are willing to wait a little you'll get the kits you want in fine condition and you'll get them at competitive prices. That's a bargain!
