Well received my parcels but the shipping to my home a little long.15 days to receive them! I received my 2 parcels at the same time although I had ordered them a week apart.

Good material and fast delivery
I've always been satisfied with my deliveries, but economy parcels take a while to arrive. Colissimo parcels are indeed faster, and the equipment is top-notch. However, the Pitot tubes are packaged in sets of 4 and arrive individually. I get good feedback by e-mail about the compatibility of certain products with my equipment. So far

There's a real problem with our promotions. In fact, they regularly mention ""free shipping"" with a minimum purchase of 89€. The trouble is, it seems to work only for orders within France. Why not grant the same advantage to foreign orders, in proportion to the rates applied in France?

Not overwhelmed by the experience! I ordered a 1/72 Italeri fast build M7 Priest/Kangaroo kit. I only considered the order because of not being able to find this kit elsewhere. I feel that the price even though it was 'on sale', was still a very premium price compared to similar kits. I accept the fact that a higher price may reflect its rairity. I expected to receive the kit in about a week to 2 weeks, it ended up being close to 4 weeks. Customer service was available, if not at time a bit spotty. I must say they did try to keep me in the loop. I did get a shipping tracking number which was very nice. Once I received the kit, the box was a bit banged up, had a few pieces loose in the box off the sprue, and had no assembly instructions nor the decals that the box front said should be included. At present, I don't know if I would order from 1001 ModelKits again.
As usual, I have nothing to say about the quality of the order processing or the quality of the packaging.

Large catalog but extremely slow processing and delivery time: 0602 payment accepted 1702 parcel shipped 1003 (today) of the goods not even the shadow (and it should come from Paris not the other side of the world) ditto for the tracking code they couldn't give me because the parcel was shipped to ECO PACK INTERNATIONAL (what is that?)... a comparison: modeling site from Japan 2402 payment accepted 2402 parcel shipped 0203 goods delivered (6 days) the only conclusion is that they are walking him 'this parcel
I recommend this site although I find the preparation of parcels a little long.
I bought two 135 scale assembly boxes of World War I a MaleFemale wagon and figurines to build a diorama. within a week everything arrived. Serious company referenced and fast compliments keep up the good work.

I like the de1001 maquette site which offers a wide choice and details the products well. I also like the speed with which orders are processed.
RAS compliant order received before the announced deadline
The prices are a little more expensive than elsewhere I thought the quality was up to scratch but ....not to mention paying 8.90 postage to receive my purchases in a vulgar envelope there's some sloppiness. Ordered on a Saturday evening, arrived on Thursday morning, a far cry from the 48-hour delivery time. I wouldn't recommend this site: too expensive for the same products as elsewhere, transport time too expensive and too slow.
A+ model supplier I was on pins and needles anticipating my order delivery of one of the rarest and virtually impossible kits to obtain in the US. 1001 fulfilled my every expectation by delivering just the very item I was obsessing on getting. Especially at the fair and reasonable price offered compared to other sources world-wide. It is the very first time using 1001. but I give them a FIVE STAR rating.
