A few months later I sent a message on the occasion of my second order saying that I wanted to start again on the right foot by forgetting and that I did not hold rigor ..................I order 3 models at 172nd I receive my package and on opening one of the three is at 176th !!!!! ...........withte model in the 172nd and the photo of the box on which is written"" 172nd "" !!!!! I contact them and they tell me that there's not much difference between the 172nd and the 176th !!!! I reply that I only ride the 172nd and that I know very well that the 172nd and 176th are not so similar................correctement ...... Happy to have found a model motorcycle that suits me and happy with the service because after 4 days this model was at home. But to my surprise, there were no instructions in French, and I don't speak Chinese or German or English, only FRENCH. Wrong items received, no support by mail since delivery I ordered two tie-clips... received rather quickly but it was the wrong color (gold plated instead of nickel). I tried to contact them since, but so far no answer whatsoever.

I received two thunderbolt P47 canopies and they were crushed! I couldn't get them back to their original shape. I received these pieces wrapped in bubble plastic in a paper envelope. It would be better to send them in rigid cardboard packages. What recourse do I have to obtain the canopies in good condition? This incident may not be your fault, but your packaging deserves to be improved.

The order is processed without any problems and shipping is fast. However, I find € 490 shipping costs for decal sheets which are sent in an envelope very exaggerated. Other items that have to be sent in a parcel have shipping costs between 890 € and 1090 €. In my opinion, this is also far too much when you consider what the postage actually costs with dhl
