Everything perfect, good packaging and good feedback with the customer, I only missed the fact that they gave me a shipping locator but nothing important. It will not be my last purchase in 1001maquetas.es To the list of ""favorites"" with ell@s.
Before the parrafada I'm going to write summary: I was treated rude vulgarly rude and did not even bother to try to help me. I ordered the model of an Audi Quattro to give it to my father for his birthday on September 24. I was sure it would not arrive for his birthday on the 29th but it said 1 to 2 weeks so I told my father with excitement. Through the DHL tracking number I saw that it left on September 24th and I thought this is going well. I didn't give it any more thought since I was going on a trip and that it would arrive while I was away. Great my surprise to see that when I arrived on October 24 it was still not there. I finally remembered to call today October 28. I was surprised that the number was french even though I was on 1001maquetas.es but well, I defended myself and called. I started well by simply asking if they knew what was the reason for the delay in delivery. The guy told me (I would call him gentleman or gentlewoman if he had had a minimum of modale Spain that he expected if it had only been 5 weeks. I told him that the website did not specify that. He told me in a bad way that it was obvious. I told him that he could at least ask me for the order number before assuming things. Once again in a bad mood he told me well if it makes you excited give it to me. After giving it to me he told me that if I had bought the normal non-urgent transport I could wait several more weeks. I told him correctly that there was no ticket as of September 25. He told me to talk to DHL. At this point I was already pissed off because of the bad treatment I was getting from the 'asshole' (excuse me) speaking to me in French. I told him in a correct but angry way that I had ordered from 1001maquetas not DHL. He told me to wait for him. I told him what kind of service is that. And his answer"""the one I'm giving"". I told him that if he was not going to help me or talk to me in the right way being that I was the customer I wanted my money back. He replied: That's what we will do. And he HANGED UP on me. I have been working in customer service for a company for 13 years and this is the 2nd worst service I have ever seen and I am fixed by work default. I will never order again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
I am very pleasantly surprised by the range on offer. Delivery time and shipping costs are acceptable.

A Rocky start but they delivered the product! One thing I am not used to is a vendor who charges a CC before they ship! This is not the norm here in the US! I ordered a brand new armor kit which they indicated they had in stock but they really did not! It took them 3 weeks, but they did ship the kit and it was received in good condition. Will I order from them again? Yes, but I will inquire about availability first, rather than rely on what is posted on the site. They have a tremendous selection of kits and I believe there heart is in the right place but they do need to pay more attention to updating stock level information on the site.

You don't have to be in a hurry or ask anything about the delivery time of the product, otherwise you'll be reimbursed (living in Paris, my address is still quite accessible) ... For the price you pay, I think shipping should be better organized.... But the quality of the item was excellent and the packaging was perfect.

First order placed on 02072013 received on 10102013!!... More than three months late for items announced as being in stock and supposed to be delivered in 48h!!!! But since I'm patient, let's admit this first point. The 02102013 1001 maquettes sends me an e-mail to tell me that part of my order has been cancelled and that a voucher has been generated to compensate me. Why didn't they reimburse me? So I end up with a €12 voucher instead of my three cans of paint. I decided to use it to order an equivalent product from another manufacturer, marked as being in stock. By the way, I notice that the unavailable products for which I had to wait three months are still listed as being in stock on your site... No comment. My three jars in my basket, I decide to finalize the purchase when I realize that I still have to pay the shipping costs! As a result, I have to pay twice! Unacceptable! My patience was already beginning to wear thin with your repeated delays, but this time it's the last straw!
