Fast, accurate delivery

Easy site to find products and do research (I'm thinking of buying the Super Etendard model). I order the product on Friday evening (or Saturday) and receive it the following Wednesday. It could be quicker, but receiving the order before placing it requires a degree of severity that I don't have.

I ordered a 1st time on 16.02.2013 5 models and I received only two small models. The other three more important were paid but lost in nature. The 2nd order on 12.05.2013 I received in order but the Air Malaysia Airbus A 380 that you sent me does not wear the latest colors of the company which are blue and white. Since I have been ordering model kits on the Internet, it has never happened to me that these kits are not complete. I have ordered 2 x the model Dzialo Szturmowe AT -1 from Mirage Hobby. Both model kits were delivered without tracks and decals!!!!! In future I will only order from other suppliers

The parcel was dispatched on 19 april 13 and I still haven't received anything to date: 24 may 13 this doesn't encourage me to renew the experiment

My order N°18655 (model NORD 262 and COMET UAT) arrived with half of the parts missing (COMET is missing fuselage and tailplane) and moreover the parts delivered are unusable because very very damaged) I am still waiting for someone to contact me to find out how to proceed for an exchange or refund (every time I call the store they tell me they will contact me but alas I still don't see anything coming! I will never use this company again. The goods have still not arrived after two weeks. Instead there are newsletters with models with Nazi symbols and tanks from the world war. If the package does not arrive within 4 days, I will ask for my money back.

The table is really great. Nothing to complain about. Nothing is missing. Everything is well thought out. I haven't yet fitted the photo plate for the YAMATO. But I don't think there should be any problem.

Despite the German URL, it is not a German but a French company. This is also partly made clear in the texts. The communication is fast and clear, the shipping time is also ok and the goods are first class. This makes shopping in Europe fun! I will definitely shop there again at any time!
