Good site where to buy all kinds of collectible models however there are many things to improve among many the authentication of the 'account. I do not know if it is my problem but it does not accept my password when I login it always tells me authentication failed. However it is a site to recommend for those who do not demand so much

Received the items on time, but an error on the online catalog and I received a model at 135 instead of the 172 I wanted and ordered. In another box in the order, the packaging advertised 48 pieces, but in reality I only counted 46, and it was clear that two figurines were missing from the cluster.

Only one regret: That all the paints are not supplied!!!!

I got a head start on Christmas and my father wanted a new model. Well it's done, the service is impeccable and the speed of processing the order quite acceptable. It took two weeks from the time the order was placed to receipt, which for me is normal. I would also like to underline the excellent follow-up by the site coordinators. Yes, I can confirm that! From stock to delivery, the order was honoured quickly and the exchange of information was correct and in line with what professionalism expects.

The product portfolio leaves little to be desired, but the response times to customer inquiries are sometimes too long. The availability status when ordering could be improved. Furthermore, delivery times of more than 14 days are suboptimal in my view.
