Products arrived in good condition and delivered when they said it would. Prices very competitive. If I have any criticism to make it is this. They sent me an E mail in French which I did not understand. When I explained that I did not speak French. I asked twice to be sent in English. But still sent in French. I hope this will be rectified in the future. I will order more products soon and see what happens.

Misleading product listing The item for sale listing stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It actually took them 5 days to dispatch. They then blamed me for choosing Eco post which wasn't cheap for the delay. As the item was bought as a gift and turned up too late to fulfil it's purpose I had to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive I refused delivery and sent it back. I have heard nothing since, that is nothing I can understand as their communications are in French when they clearly know I am English.These people are arrogant, ignorant and misleading.
