Hello first of all I would like to tell you my case in case it helps someone to decide whether to buy or not on this website. I have made my first order of models to introduce myself in this interesting world. I placed an order on August 11 for a value of 23845 Euros (a sailboat and some other little things) well the case is that everything was fine until August 13 that they sent me the order as indicated in an email informing me that it would take 5 to 7 days. When I saw 2 weeks later that it did not arrive it seemed strange to me but I decided to be patient and send them a couple of emails that of course they have not answered. My surprise was great when last week I went to see if there was any news on my order and when I went to enter your page they had deleted my user (with order and all) in fact I tried to register again and allowed me but my order did not appear anywhere. Of course they have not replied to the email I sent them. Today is September 12th and I still haven't received it yet, I don't think I will. It took a little while. I get my packages sent from the USA faster! The excuse that suppliers have trouble supplying is pathetic. When you sell online you need stock! Otherwise I received what I had ordered and in good condition (which is not always the case with some poorly designed sites). What's more, the prices are right, so overall it's a good deal.
