Reliable service I have ordered from 1001 many times and am pleased with their service. Accurate inventory, order status updates, and the models come when they say they will. I could not say the same for other trans Atlantic model companies I have ordered from.

Had excellent purchase from 1001 and would recommend highly to others. 1001 was the only merchant who had the item I was looking for, so I bought when I could. Item was sent Priority mail- well packed and much appreciated !!

Very slow shipping, slow customer service response time i thought the selection and pricing was pretty comparable, if not slightly lower than a few other places for the parts i was looking at. they also had the specific combination of parts, which i would have had to order from multiple places to get. but there was almost a full 3 weeks between ordering and delivery. while i was notified that the item was being prepared to ship, then another when it was just about to ship, then another when it did ship, i did not receive a single email answering my questions regarding the order. i might consider ordering again just for a second chance, but if shipping is the same speed, i'll go elsewhere for what i need...

All is well, that ends well, i suppose... Initial order confusion, and difficult communication. Took time and Email discussions to get order back on track. Order delayed and was split into 2 parts. With delays, order was finely completed.

The products ordered on December 20 (by colissimo) did not arrive until January 3, 2013...after calling and telling me it would arrive before the end of 2012 and one of the paints is totally unusable because more water than paint...at least my son liked the models although no indications or advice on the boxes about the paints Ã

Very satisfied with the products ordered. On the other hand very disappointed with your site for the management of addresses (billing and delivery) Nothing is respected even after calling your sales department. A piece of advice: improve your site for delivery and everything will be fine.

I'd like to add a little something to my assessment. I've just read a number of comments and I've noticed that customer service very often tends to blame the end-of-year festivities for delays. However, as far as I'm concerned, my order was placed after the festivities and delivery still took 15 days.

After several orders for products supposedly""available"" it turns out that on 1001maquettes these products are not in stock! This is regrettable, and in the end delays are lengthened. Shipping costs are exorbitant! Paying €890 plus shipping to receive a bubble envelope with your products in it is, in my opinion, taking the piss!

Complete order arrived safely. Delivery times sometimes a little long, but extensive choice of accessory models.

Received torn packaging surrounded by tape ""La Poste"" for the package to hold and a callage really done in a hurry that did not allow the model to arrive unscathed.

They listed a model on their site with no mention that it was unavailable, then they e-mailed me it would ship in a few days, when in truth it was actually out of stock. After numerous e-mails and voice mails I finally got a note stating it was out of stock. This company is horrible do not do business with them. Oh and after I canceled this model order not once but twice they still shipped it 2 weeks later.

Not very good: I have several addresses registered with 1001 maquettes. I asked for delivery to my home address, but unfortunately the orders are systematically sent to my work address, even though I selected the right address when ordering (this has happened to me twice). I ordered several products indicated as available. Finally I received an e-mail telling me that one product was unavailable, but that the other 2 had been shipped anyway (so far, so good). Then I receive an email with a credit corresponding to the product that wasn't shipped. As I wanted this product, I ordered it on the site a few days later as it was available again. I ordered it but had to pay the shipping costs again. It's a pity when they could have sent it to me separately at no extra cost, as they do.

What can I say???? voilà I decided to get back into model making and after a""surfÃ"" on a multitude of sites I came across 1001....... I appreciated the wide choice in models the simplicity of navigation..... to finally place an order....... aie..... a few days later an e-mail telling me that as soon as my order had been ""processed"" I would be notified.... then.... the wait..... in short.... more than 15 days before receiving my purchase.... (fortunately no bad surprises on opening) very disappointed by the abnormally long wait in view of the delivery costs.... really dommag
