My experience takes place in 2 acts. In December 2011, I ordered various items, all of which were available. On receipt of the parcel, a part is missing. I asked for a refund, but the store refused on the grounds that I was using a credit card. I was then given a credit note for the amount of the part (22 euros from which I would have to subtract the shipping costs, of course). The model was also available and I asked for it to be sent within 48 hours (this is obviously more expensive than normal shipping). It's nothing to write home about, but it's still a pain.
