I can think of nothing that is wrong with 1001 Modelkits I found some items that were not available from other dealers, so I ordered what I needed from 1001, and even though what I ordered was stocked at their overseas supplier, I received my order within 15 days of order being placed.

Shipping department excellent - information is passed on promptly If an item is not available, alternatives are offered (voucher) Item that was initially no longer available could be successfully procured. I can highly recommend 1001 Modellbau!!!

I am very satisfied with the processing of my order, but I was only lucky to receive the parcel when it was delivered. The parcel did not have my full address on it. The postal worker found me in his database and then reached me personally, otherwise the parcel would have been returned. So only with a lot of luck.

Veeeeery slowwwww...... Very impressive site with lots of goodies for the modeling enthusiast but... I registered and placed my first order for 4 decal sheets on April 1st. The prices all over the site were within the market range. But the postage charged (8.90€) was excessive even for registered mail for a 20 gr. envelope. All the items were marked as available and 3 of them had 5-6 day shipping time indicated. I paid thru Paypal on the same day. The next day I received an e-mail message that the order has been processed and that I will receive my order in 6-8 days. After ten (10) days (on April 11th) I received another e-mail saying that my order has been shipped!!! Because the shipment had not arrived on April 29th, I sent an e-mail asking for details and where do they ship from. I got an answer the next day saying that they ship from France and that surface mail (!!!) might take longer to arrive. On May 12th I wrote again to their customer service complaining about the long delay in their delivery and asking for an answer. I also opened a dispute in Paypal's resolution center. I got a message the next day saying that the envelope must be lost and that one of the decal sheets was no longer available. I was given the option to buy something else from the site and so I did. The new order was processed the next day (May 14th), I received an e-mail on May 19th that it will be shipped soon (!!!) and finally an e-mail on May 21st that it was shipped (more than a week after the new order was placed). The envelope arrived on May 27th which is within the normal range for an intra EU 1st class mail. Mind you the postage affixed was 1,35 € !!!! I have to point out that I trade over the net constantly and never had a problem with lost mail in over 600 transactions during the last 8 years or so. There is something definitely wrong with their very slow shipping and equally slow customer response service. Possibly the items sent from the EU are not in stock there and have to be shipped from elsewhere thus the one week between ordering and shipping. I cannot detect any malicious intent but I am skeptic about any future purchases from them......

After waiting 19 days for the order and complaining to the courier company, what else could I say?

With patience you can assemble beautiful replicas of scale airplanes. I enjoy with the assemblies and they are very good and I recommend it.

I placed an order with them and a week ago I received a different material at my home than the one I had purchased. In the last week I have sent them two emails explaining the incident and they have not even answered me.

THE PROBLEM WITH ""CHRONOPOST"" IN COMPARISON WITH THEIR CONCURENT IS THAT CHRONOPOST DOES NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER AT ALL??? I WAS AT HOME THE DAY AND TIME CHRONOPOST CAME BUT THE DRIVER ONLY PUT THE NOTICE IN MY MAILBOX!!!!

Not enough choice in recent sports cars lacks a forum on model building. It would be better to be able to choose your brand of paint with equivalent references between brands. Otherwise great

Rubbish. Utter, unutterable rubbish. Their internet stock levels are a fiction. Their emails re unavailability do not agree with the items they actually send nor with later emails they send. When they do send something, they send the wrong items. Perhaps next time they should make sure the guide dog is awake when picking stock how an American landing craft can look like a Tiger II I don't know clever German camouflage I suspect. Avoid this firm like the plague. My advice is to buy from (external reference) in the UK. I will from now on.
