Exactly what was ordered Item was ordered on 19 April and arrived on 6 May. It was sent via priority packet. Item was a decal sheet and mailed in a bubble pack. Decals were an item I'd been looking for for a while so it is nice they had one in stock.

144 Scale Rare Airline Decals. Faultless Service, Excellent Performance My first time as a customer of 1001 Modelkits, and I am 100% satisfied with the transaction and a very happy customer. The website i found very easy to use, the very short registration process was a doddle, and as soon as my order was placed I received regular updates on progress despatch date and likely delivery date that meant I never had to check up or chase the order once. I definitely intend to do more business with this company, and from my own experience on this single transaction would recommend them unreservedly. Steve M, UK.

The product I ordered on April 25th was supposedly dispatched on the 27th! To date (May 5th) I still haven't received anything! After contacting the service department, I was advised to wait for the product to arrive.

Only one available Since this is the only place I found my item after days of searching, I cannot be too hard on them. I ordered my item and 2 days later I received an email confirming receipt of the order. 2 days after that I was notified that the item shipped and I would be provided a tracking number. 8 days later I am still waiting on my tracking number! An email to find out what happened has gone unanswered for 5 days now. At this point I am unsure if I lost my money or if this is an isolated case.

This site is one of the ten or so model maker websites I've ordered from. I'm satisfied, even if I found the delivery times a little long on my last order, which justified my rating of 4 stars rather than 5. On the other hand, I was pleased to be able to order a product which is rather difficult to find (Tamiya X20 enamel thinner in 250 ml). It was unavailable, but the alert system worked very well (e-mail alert as soon as the product was available again). The Oupsmodel site offers the same type of service.
