It's a shame to have to pay 13€ in postage for a parcel when a simple bubble envelope would have done the trick at a lower cost. What's more, I think the delivery time would also have been shorter. Best regards

I ordered a birthday present and my request not to include an invoice with the package was answered and complied with. The model arrived safely after 10 days from France. I would have liked a slightly faster delivery. It is somewhat irritating that the store has both a German and a French site and the status mails are primarily in the correct language but occasionally in French. It was particularly irritating when you ended up in the French store after paying by credit card. But all in all, the order went very well.

I have had no problems to date. The waiting time is satisfactory despite the 11,000 km between mainland France and La Reu.

The products are of excellent quality i had opted for colissimo but my parcel left 10 days after my order !!!!! whereas it is indicated by paying a little more expensive that the maximum time is 7 days order made on april 30 and parcel left the warehouse on friday 11ma

On the positive side, the parcel arrived without damage. On the negative side, I looked puzzled at the delivery when I had to pay the courier from the post office CHF 28 for customs clearance. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive after payment. I still had fun putting it together, so I will order from you if I don't get a model in Switzerland.

Hello in terms of choice of products and prices the site is very good. Also, the sales department responds quickly to questions by e-mail.
