For an order placed on March 2, I still have no news on the evening of March 11.

No orders delivered to date

It is ultimately just a ""word-of-mouth". It simply collects an order and passes it on to the manufacturer. In my case the order referred to an Italian site the product arrived after a few more days from France. Also found the Victory then on the official Revell site in the online shop at just over $25 practically bought on an Italian site to pay three times as much. Next time I will be more careful

I find that compared to other competing sites the prices are abnormally high (see for example the Heller Royal Sun 1100 sold at nearly 60% more than normal (among others)). In addition lead times are very long (allow 3 weeks) and moreover items advertised as available are not always proof of a poorly monitored stock situation;Taking OUPS as an example is a tip to follow. Frustrating organization for a model builder looking for accessories to improve basic kits. After 15 days of waiting, I finally finished the model in progress before receiving these famous accessories.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my item I have nothing yet. I have paid in advance. Finally after 7 email they reply saying that it is a fault of the supplier and they are still waiting for the product. This is strange because on the stock of 1001modellbau it says that the item is more than 15 and 25 ouf stock and available. So i like this will take many months i hope they will refund my money. What would 1001modellbau think if they had to wait months for their money? That can't be right!

Order placed and paid on February 22 today March 6 is still in processing. Sent email but no one shows up!!!!

Order placed on Feb 10 and immediately paid by credit card on Feb 25 I am notified that the item is no longer available and that I will be refunded the amount. I ask for a credit note x make another purchase and no response is given to me.... Not first but certainly last purchase I make on this site. Previous purchases of available material have also been very slow to arrive!

Order placed on 19-02-2014 as of 26 -02-2014 I still don't know anything.Emails of explanations sent with no response of course.The order still appears to be in processing and no tracking number has been provided to me. At least they would deign to tell me whether my package has left or not. First and last time I buy here!!!!!!!

The model itself was not great, the mould was probably too hot and burned some parts.

Failed to deliver, refund eventually received. I ordered a decal set 31st January. 11 days later received an email to say item not yet dispatched but that it would be posted within the next few days. This was not acceptable to me so I email back requesting the order be cancelled and my money refunded. 4 Days later I receive an email to say my item had now been mailed. I again replied to say my order had been cancelled. On 23rd Feb I had neither received my refund or the product that had allegedly posted to me so I opened a dispute via Paypal. A refund was then received the following day. Very poor communication throughout - not a happy buying experience.

Don't expect ultra-short delivery times, but there's a good chance you'll find what you're looking for - the choice is huge, and if you have a problem, the after-sales service is there (I've tested it).
