On 2412 I place an order and the products are available. I choose colissimo delivery to be delivered quickly. On 4412 the website informed me that my order had been processed. On 9412 I still hadn't received anything. I sent them an e-mail to which 1001 maquettes replied that a product had been restocked! They don't warn me if I don't ask for anything! I then asked for a refund of the shipping costs for not respecting the delivery time and they offered me free shipping on a future order! Finally I received my parcel on 14412, i.e. 12 days after placing my order.......... I paid a lot for the colissimo...... Site non r

My only regret is that I would have liked you to deliver internationally, including to Lebanon where I live. Unfortunately, when I was asked about shipping costs, I received the message that there are no valid carriers to this destination, and I was forced to have my order delivered to my cousin's home in Paris, which is rather inconvenient because it will mean extra luggage for him when he returns to Lebanon, especially with all the restrictions imposed on this subject.
