I find that a little over 10 days to receive a product in stock is a long time! especially since the order was processed a few days later ... too bad! My experience takes place in 2 acts. In December 2011, I ordered various items, all of which were available. On receipt of the parcel, a part is missing. I asked for a refund, but the store refused on the grounds that I was using a credit card.
