Ordered items not available in the UK. Arrived two weeks later all correct and well packaged. Ordered and then read some poor reviews but for my order excellent. Happily order again.

The item was in stock at the time of the order and the arrival expectation was about 7 working GG, after the purchase it was unavailable but coming from the supplier .... I tried calling 2 or 3 times at different times customer service and never got to talk to anyone, worried because it was the first order I tried to contact them via form and also via verified reviews, after this happened and after 3 weeks of waiting then the package was packed and shipped.... Arrived after a month of waiting was compliant.....I recommend the site to review the information provided on availability, shipping and 'arrival of products, if I had been informed about the long waiting period I would not have worried, I recommend the site to improve customer service. I advise customers to take for time if it is a gift, in the end everything arrived as promised but it took a while.

The parcel was well protected. Very satisfied with this order. I would just like to say that it would be nice (for some collectors) to specify on the site the versions (if there are different ones) between the figurines (US or European version for example).

It took more than two weeks to receive my order. Website also gives unclear indication of current status.

I've already replied but I'll do it again. Great items ordered but the parcel arrived all torn up... Fortunately, there was no damage to the boxes. We had made the usual reservations in spite of everything

Order is OK. However, between ordering and delivery is a long time ( about a month). This may be much shorter.

The order was placed within a reasonable timeframe, although it was difficult to assemble all the items in a single shipment, so a second shipment was necessary. Santa's elves have been hard at work!
