As far as the arrival of the products is concerned, apart from the waiting time, there's nothing to declare. The disadvantage is the additional tax that we pay on receipt of the parcel - around twenty euros for an amount of 80 euros. The high cost of living here is well known.

At the time of my online order there were 6 Ariane V available so I ordered but on delivery I received only 1 copy + 1 e-mail telling me that we were out of stock and delivery would not be for about 20 days (which was not true) so I was disappointed for the first time so I re-ordered and I realized that I was still missing 1 e I finally received my last model but it took me almost 1 month. I am really disappointed because I thought I would receive them all for New Year's Eve at 31122011.
