Sloooooow! I've ordered from 1001 Model Kits in the past and everything about the experience was outstanding. This time however, has been so so. I placed my order at the same time as I placed an order from another online hobby shop. I received an auto-email telling me that my order had been processed and I would receive my order in 6 - 8 days. 10 days later I received another auto-email stating that my order had shipped and I would receive it soon. That was 11 days ago. It has been 3 weeks since ordering and still no sign of my product. I received my order from the other hobby shop 2 weeks ago.

What a great service. the goods were as discribed and arrived as prodicted, what a great services.

The requested material arrived in excellent condition in proper packaging. A few days longer than necessary for delivery but this I think is the fault of the national postal service. In any case 101 models is highly recommended!

Products nothing to say. Delivery times not in accordance with what is indicated on the site. The products offered are not necessarily in stock contrary to what is indicated and no communication on the part of 1001 maquettes on this subject which makes your order stall without explanations of their initiative. It is supplied after contacting customer service. Customer service rather good, good reception, acceptable responsiveness. Despite these rather annoying problems (order placed one month before Christmas which almost didn't arrive, a large part of the order not in stock, no refund, so I was forced to buy again on the site in a hurry, the order arriving a long time later), I think I'll recommend the company again.

A few days ago I posted a comment here telling my case and as they had kept my money they replied to the comment saying that they would check the status of the refund. NOTHING AT ALL, THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY MONEY.

I ordered some decal sheets and accessories (pitot tube and boarding ladder for an F-104). Within a very short time the parts were on my desk. It couldn't be better - and the prices are OK too! So: gladly again!

I recommend it for its seriousness and speed. A great store.

Great value for money motorcycle model purchased unobtainable in other sites good product even if I thought it was already assembled! only problem: delivery timing not due to the supplier though..too bad because it was supposed to be a Christmas present! I recommend using courier directly and not postal service that then turn over anyway the delivery to the courier and the time is longer even if the shipping costs are a little expensive.

For our recent order, everything went smoothly. However, concerning a gift for our son, some friends ordered a model on our advice, but got the scale wrong. After a return a month ago confirmed by collissimo, then a letter and yet another reminder with acknowledgement of receipt, still no refund. Friendly people on the phone, but... I feel completely deceived. The models they sell do not indicate the size, I bought one of an airplane I paid almost 50 euros and when they sent it to me the plane was 8 centimeters long. Also if you want to return the product they do not refund the money but give you a voucher which is completely illegal. In addition to the above the delivery of the package was not made within the stipulated time but was delayed. A disaster I will never buy from them again.
