No problem with the shipment and in a few days I had it at home.

Fairness and courtesy is the trump card of this online store. careful Italian customers don't get parcels sent with our post office: they never arrive! spend a few more and use the courier.

Scale indicated poor but posterior change treatment correct

The shipping costs of 799 are simply unreasonable for a weight of 200g. Delivery also took too long at over 2 weeks.

Never had a bad surprise with this site. Good choice, especially for aircraft models on 148 readable site pages (although some items have no sample photos). Correct prices. In short, a serious site with which I've become accustomed.

Being in New Zealand I expect it to take a week or two for items to arrive but Payment was accepted on the 8th and I got an email on the 21st to say my item had only just been shipped. It was only one set of decals, what was the hold up? Apart from the delay in postage though I would use them again.

I ordered an etched part for Horten Go 229 but received a completely different part. Then I wrote an email saying that I had received the wrong item and was told succinctly that unfortunately this can no longer be changed. Would only order from a German company in Germany! Hands off!

This is not my first order. Processing on time, as promised. Nice packaging that protects the models and paintings. One suggestion. I think we need to find a solution to lower shipping costs. I received my last order for ten pots of paint. Unfortunately 2 pots of gloss paint had been replaced by 2 pots of matte (same colors). I sent an e-mail to complain and immediately received a reply saying that 1001 maquettes was sending me the right pots of paint, which I received very quickly. --Very efficient service, because anyone can make a mistake! Hello A decal sheet available according to your website ordered on 3110 delivered on 1611 the delay does not correspond to an available item.

A delivery deadline of 5-9 days was not met and it is also strange that the receipt of the order is recorded twice in the log - once at the time the order was placed. Then the receipt of the (advance) payment was noted and after some time (3-4 days) had passed my inquiry regarding the status of my order was answered by saying that it could only be packed and shipped once my payment had been received. However, this had already been received beforehand, but AFTER the payment had already been made and confirmed in the progress log, the order had been received a second time. As if this was just the beginning of the order. This is naturally confusing for the customer. In fact, I received the goods much later than promised in the online store. The goods were intact but carelessly packaged. The cardboard box on one side of the kit boxes was stuffed with crumpled packing paper - only very loosely. But the rattling of the injection molded frames that could be clearly heard from the outside gave rise to fears that the kits, which were only very sparsely cushioned on the top, bottom and right side, might have suffered. But in the end this was not the case. I was very pleased that I received kits that many of the dealers I asked had already described as 'out of stock' 'no longer being produced' 'no longer available' 'no longer being produced' etc etc.. In the end, however, this gave me great pleasure and is also the decisive factor - namely that the advertised products are available even if they are out of stock elsewhere - and therefore the aforementioned defects should not be considered serious.

Good service, but above all the no longer produced Aromaster colors are still available here, so I was able to secure my next 2 projects (authentic colors for a Finnish and French fighter from the 2nd World War)!

The order I placed on 3110 has not yet been delivered !!!! How can I continue my collaboration with 1001 maquettes?

My opinion does not leave on the entire transaction because to date I still have not received my package ... no tracking possible ... not terrible

It has been very easy to purchase online and the product is also of high quality, very well packaged and with more than enough information on its use, bearing in mind that my purchase was for decals. More than recommendable to buy with them even though they are abroad but also I did not find the product in any store or distributor.
