Unfortunately, the specified delivery dates did not match the actual delivery. After the purchase, a later delivery date was stated in the order confirmation and the actual delivery took place even later than stated in the order confirmation. This was very annoying as it was a birthday present which was therefore not delivered on time!

Unfortunately, the order arrived damaged. I contacted customer service by e-mail (pictures attached) and received a reply a few hours later. I was offered a discount which I did not accept due to the severe damage. As there was no response, I called them and immediately got a member of staff on the phone. I was told that I would be sent a replacement and this arrived undamaged with DHL Express. Some people criticize the long delivery times, but as a model maker I find this acceptable as many items are ordered from the rest of the world. Overall, however, I am very satisfied.

We started off badly when I paid for a 72 hour shipment and the item arrived a week and a half late, after spending days looking for a way to contact them to make a return, they gave me a shipping address and 10 days ago they received the package and I still haven't heard anything from them or my money.
