I got a head start on Christmas and my father wanted a new model. Well it's done, the service is impeccable and the speed of processing the order quite acceptable. It took two weeks from the time the order was placed to receipt, which for me is normal. I would also like to underline the excellent follow-up by the site coordinators. Now I just have to wait and see the smile on my dad's face. Thanks again to the whole team

There are often discrepancies between the availability announced on the site and the actual availability, which is quite frustrating when it comes to delivery times.

Yes, I can confirm that! From stock to delivery, the order was honoured quickly and the exchange of information was correct and in line with what professionalism expects.

The product portfolio leaves little to be desired, but the response times to customer inquiries are sometimes too long. The availability status when ordering could be improved. Furthermore, delivery times of more than 14 days are suboptimal in my view.

The big plus: the search engine: you can search for the model you need by scale, type of model (vehicle, civilian military aircraft, etc.), country, etc. Slight disadvantage compared with competitors: the price, which is systematically a few euros higher for exactly the same model.

Nothing special except for the cardboard packaging. the contents are not very well padded, so the models (in this case an F15 eagle) move around inside the cardboard and therefore suffer more shocks.
