I took the ""express"" option (delivery within 45 days). After a week, I had to email the site again. The parcel took a total of 10 days to arrive. A bank holiday a few days after my order must have disrupted the site's distribution system. Otherwise everything was fine.

I ordered a Ferrari Enzo (ref: 87775I) but received a plastic, radio-controlled Ferrari F430 (see photo). I called 1001maquettes to express my astonishment. They agreed to reimburse me but I had to pay for the return postage. Almost €13 in shipping costs for an order I would never have placed if the ad had been correct. You can see that the reference still shows an Enzo, even if after my call it was changed to specify that the vehicle is radio ordered and today it only specifies F430 (You can compare the site with the screenshot) I'm not satisfied and I don't recommend the site. Thankfully it was a email address with negligible info for thieves to use. Third, I ordered a specific as advertised scale model (CHI HA tank 1:72) but was given a slightly larger scale model (1:76) instead. Finally, a couple of the models I purchased were either intentionally or unintentionally opened or tampered with. If I'm paying full price for a new product then I would expect it to be untouched. As mentioned I am thankfull that 1001 model kits exits because theirs no one else out their like them that I've found but I'm wary of ordering again from them.

Order placed on 2602 Payment by cheque received on 0403 Order processed on 0403 with confirmation email. So far so good.... Having no further news, I left a message on the site on 1403 and received a reply the next day stating that one of the products I had ordered was no longer in stock (although it was on the site at the time of ordering) and that my order would be prepared and partially dispatched. The monetary difference would be the subject of a discount voucher for a future order! On March 29 I sent a message asking for a refund instead of the discount voucher. I sent another reminder this evening, but I wouldn't recommend this site at this stage: Update: The site has finally proceeded with the refund.

On 2412 I place an order and the products are available. I choose colissimo delivery to be delivered quickly. On 4412 the website informed me that my order had been processed. On 9412 I still hadn't received anything. I sent them an e-mail to which 1001 maquettes replied that a product had been restocked! They don't warn me if I don't ask for anything! I then asked for a refund of the shipping costs for not respecting the delivery time and they offered me free shipping on a future order! Finally I received my parcel on 14412, i.e. 12 days after placing my order.......... I paid a lot for the colissimo...... Site non r

I found 90% of what I was looking for at 1001 maquettes, and the prices were very attractive. There was a slight delay for one of the shipments...immediately compensated by a commercial gesture... In short, I recommend this site and I'll be sure to return.

Practical, well-designed website, except for the occasional lack of illustration (image or text) on certain products (decals, kit versions, etc.) prices for resin kits are sometimes a little high, but there's a wide choice and you can find""rare birds"" (aircraft kits, of course!) payment method and hassle-free delivery within a few days, properly packaged. Delivery on time, perfect material - in short, nothing to say and the prices are right. The only downside is that Switzerland has to pay almost 30 Euros in customs and VAT... I've loved your online store - it's easy and convenient to search and I've found items I've been looking for for a long time. The service is impeccable and the delivery fast and careful. My only regret is that I would have liked you to deliver internationally, including to Lebanon where I live. Unfortunately, when I was asked about shipping costs, I received the message that there are no valid carriers to this destination, and I was forced to have my order delivered to my cousin's home in Paris, which is rather inconvenient because it will mean extra luggage for him when he returns to Lebanon, especially with all the restrictions imposed on this subject.
