Change of address not taken into account on the site. My parcel was therefore lost and returned to sender, despite my numerous emails and calls to the Colissimo service to change my address. I have mixed feelings about my experience. My two the witcher figurines did indeed arrive. However, the care taken with the package was minimal, with only the two boxes of figurines bound together with black film.
