Goods received as ordered problem-free payment fast delivery! Modellbau 1001 is recommendable because they also offer such exotic models as the Lockheed Jetstar from Anigrand! But now comes my difficult part: to build the Lockheed Jetstar from wood in 1:32!

I didn't receive the right product, even though it was in their catalog. He offered to return the parcel at my expense in exchange for a discount on a future purchase. Inside the box my model train set was open and some small parts were wandering around inside fortunately I had a good look before throwing it away.

Hello, a quick note about my order. As far as processing and delivery are concerned, nothing to complain about. Quality of paints, brushes and small equipment in general. However, I was disappointed with the ITALERI figurines. They're crude, lacking in finesse, and the details of the parts are non-existent. I think there should be a more precise description and photo of the contents. It's true that I stopped modding a long time ago.

Some items are available in 48 hours or are delivered 5 days later? I think 5 days is too long because other suppliers are in 4 days.

Hello As mentioned in the title, the service is impeccable and fast. Enormous choice on the site (good stock management and availability, even for special brands). I put 4 stars and not 5 just for the choice of delivery person. I would have preferred to have the choice of a private courier such as TNT or UPS rather than Colissimo. I have far too many problems with La Poste, whether it's for business or pleasure. (Incidentally, a box of figurines was dented, without any serious damage to the contents, proof of the lack of care taken by La Poste in handling the items).

I'm happy to have come across this site for its seriousness as well as for the quality and delivery times.

Everything is very correct, the delivery times and condition of the goods are met, but the method of payment without synchrony in the acceptance gives some repelus seeing the times that run.

I finally found a Heikel 111 at the 48th At home (Belgium) it's mission impossible! And what's more, with a V1 attached to the camera (didn't know about this feature) Nikel packaging and delivery! And what an assortment! Definitely an address worth keeping! See you soon

Reasonable shipping coststhe resin parts ordered are of the same qualitybut the vast majority of kits are more expensive than on many other French sitesand let's not talk about European sites-but you'll find things there that others don't.

For the figurines on 172, one or two photos of the products unpacked so that the customer can see the finish and quality of the product would be most welcome.
